Gourmet Experience is a project of three trades,

BY PURCHASING FOOD TOUR OR COOKING CLASS TICKETS FROM GOURMET EXPERIENCE PROJECT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

Booking Terms: Online Reservations and Payment can only be made with a valid credit card or PayPal account. Your credit card will be charged immediately when making the reservation and online payment.

Cancellation Policy: Food Tour or Cooking class can be cancelled at least 3 day(s) in advance of the scheduled food tour or cooking class and then there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Due to our logistics and the arrangements we have with the venues we visit on our tours or rent the space for cooking class, we are unable to offer refunds on shorter notice. In order to issue a refund on tour or cooking class cancelled 3 days in advance, cancellation must be made via email.

If you are running late for your tour or cooking class, be sure to call us so we can forward the message to your guide or lecturer. No shows are treated as last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable.

Food tours are held rain or shine, and in the case of inclement weather, there may be some variations made. When we may be forced to cancel a tour due to weather conditions or other circumstances, your ticket will be refunded in full.

Minimum participants: please note that we conduct the tours with a minimum of 2 or 4 people, depend of chosen activities. If the minimum is not met, we may cancel the tour and give alternative days to attend or refund.

Checking in: During automated purchase process through our booking system, you must review all booking details. We check in attendees: Hand the printed voucher or show voucher on your phone to the guide.

Arriving late: Please note that tour guides or lecturer on cooking class are not allowed to wait for guests arriving late. Please make sure to make the necessary arrangements to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the tour or cooking class. We are on a tight schedule with all the venues we visit.

Weather Conditions: We conduct tours rain or shine. You are advised to carry an umbrella and dress appropriately for weather conditions. If the tour started, and in the event of severe bad weather (showers, lightning), your tour guide will suspend the tour at his/her discretion. If tour was suspended, you will be reimbursed for partial or full price of ticket depending on the time the tour was suspended. If the tour is suspended at the beginning of the tour, you will receive full payment. If tour guide did not suspend the tour but you do not want to continue with the tour due to rain, you will not get reimbursed for the ticket(s). You are responsible for yourself and your own safety.

Gourmet Experience is not responsible for the foods or beverages consumed on its food tours. Gourmet Experience acts solely as an guide arranging tours, venue visits and other services and does not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, loss or damage due to any act or default of any company, organization or person engaged in rendering service, or by the act of default of any restaurant or shop or its employees.

Limitations of liability statement: By virtue of purchasing tickets for and/or participating in the food/wine tasting (walking tours) or cooking classes offered by the Gourmet Experience, you understand, acknowledge, represent, warrant and agree as follows, with the knowledge that the Gourmet Experience will rely on same:

A. You desire to participate in the food/wine tours or cooking classes offered by Gourmet Experience;

B. You are in good health and suffer from no minor or serious physical or mental injury, illness or disability that would make you especially susceptible to injury or disability while performing any activity organized by Gourmet Experience;

C. You fully comprehend and accept all of the risks associated with your participation in the Tours including, without limitation, exposure to unfavorable weather conditions, food sickness, injuries (e.g., without limitation, those arising out of self-inflicted accidents or mishaps, other participants, automobiles, pedestrians and the like) and death;

D. You are aware and accept that all materials published on the Gourmet Experience pages (such as food, event and locations photography) are copyrighted by Gourmet Experience and cannot be used without the prior written approval of Gourmet Experience.
