Copanjek is a delicious “pie” from Plešivica (the sparkling wine region of Croatia) with farmhouse cheese, green onion and parsley, it was sure to keep the workers satisfied until all the grapes were harvested. Enjoy preparing and baking these little treats with the help of your instructor.
